We’re updating our Church Family Directory and if CAC is your home church you’re invited to participate!
Why?
A church directory helps build connection and community within our church family. The photos that we include help us identify ‘who’s who’. Once the directory is completed, printed copies will be available to pick up at the church.
How?
We are asking for you to email the church office with your information or to fill out the online form below:
