It is such an incredible blessing to be a part of a church that naturally cares for each other! In some of Jesus’ final words to his disciples before his death (so obviously He thought they were pretty important), He says, “So now I am giving you a new commandment; Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” John 13:34-35 Therefore it is extremely exciting to be a part of a team that is looking at how to do this with a bit more intentionality and organization. Thank you to everyone who has contributed in some way to help develop this ministry, so that we can be obedient to walk out this commandment of Jesus and demonstrate to a hurting world who He is and how great His love is for us.
