Whether you are dating, you’ve been married for six months or sixty years, taking time to learn and laugh together goes a long way to keep your relationship strong.
For the past few years we have hosted a date night here at the church. This year is no different . . . kinda. We are still challenging you to pick a night to intentionally invest in your marriage. We’ve selected the videos, mapped out an itinerary – all that’s needed now is . . . you!
How it works
We’ve selected a few video sessions (Sessions 1, 3 and 4) from Rightnow Media’s Marriage Night! Click on the Rightnow Media logo (on the left) for a direct link to the session list.

Make a Date Night Plan
All great evenings start with a plan. Set aside about 3 hours for the evening, if you choose to include a meal.
Treat this date night at home just as you would a date night out. Get rid of distractions, dress up, and be intentional about focusing on one another. Here’s an outline of what your date night could look like:

Trivia Questions
Use the below questions to see how well you know your spouse. Each person should answer the questions below for themselves and then for their spouse. (You should do the questions twice) Then share your answers.
- What’s your favorite nickname, and is there a story behind it?
- How would you describe yourself in three words?
- What’s your favorite way to spend the weekend?
- If you could star in any TV show, which one would you choose?
- What’s your all-time favorite movie?
- Have you ever met any celebrities? Name them . . .
- Do you have any phobias?
- Do you prefer sunsets or sunrises?
- What’s better, hugs or kisses?
- What did you want to be when you were a kid?

Enjoy a meal together. Have something prepared ahead of time (lasagna, garlic bread and a salad) or go out to a restaurant.
6:50pm
During this next pause between videos share a dessert together.
