MVMNT Conference is a 4-day youth event for middle school and high school student groups accompanied by a youth pastor, leader, or parent that takes place under the beautiful big sky in Montana’s Flathead Valley. You can expect teachings from legendary communicators, worship from acclaimed artists, and an unrivaled atmosphere. In the daytime, you’ll explore the glory of Montana, and come evening, we’re going to gather under the stars and lift up the name of Jesus. It’s a combination of a powerful conference with a Montana Summer Camp experience–a unique pairing not found anywhere else!
What’s the haps?!
The conference and camping take place at Big Fork Rodeo Arena. The arrangements for camping are the same as last year, so hopefully it’s just as more pleasant. We’re hoping to have a team of volunteers cooking for us, so all food will be included. And we’re arranging tents for everyone, so if you have one you can lend, make sure to include that under the registration question that mentions it. The Friday and Saturday afternoons have a ‘free time’ period, when we’ll be traveling to a local attraction as a group (TBD), then arriving back at the Conference in time for dinner and to be early for the sessions (we want the best seats!). Our drivers will be 25+ years old with clean driving records, insurance and a drivers contract signed. If you have any more questions, please ask! We’ll have more info and packing lists closer to the event.
Travel Plans:
We’ll leave Cranbrook Alliance Church at 1pm on the Thursday afternoon. Plan to include some money for supper/snacks on the way down (we won’t have supper provided on Thursday, but we’ll have snacks after the evening session).
Pickup will be at Cranbrook Alliance Church at 4pm on Sunday afternoon (travel/border dependant… we’ll text if anything is different). Plan to include some money for lunch/snacks on the way home.
Cost/Cutoff Date/Refunds:
$300 – Super Earlybird Price (Jan. 1 – May 1)
$350 – Earlybird Price (May 2 – July 1)
$400 – Regular price (July 2 – July 15)
$25 deposit saves your spot and is non-refundable. July 15th is the payment cutoff date and the last day for refunds. If it’s not working out after that, we’ll always do our best to arrange for someone to take your place instead of leaving you hanging 🙂
